Returns

- Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when received.
- Perishable goods, intimate items, or products marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
Return Process:

- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Defective or Damaged Products
